We can provide service under some Manufacturer Warranties and other Third Party Contracts.

Here’s what to know:

Manufacturer Warranty

We are happy to assist in repairing your products that are covered by a Manufacturer’s warranty in which we are authorized for. In most cases you will need to contact the manufacturer directly and have them send us authorization, a lot of times they will schedule an appointment as well. We can then bill the manufacturer directly.

* IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to charge a $85 deposit to cover our trip/diagnostics charge, prior to sending our technician out. This will be refunded as soon as our technician verifies a covered failure. In the event our technician is unable to verify a covered failure, the deposit is not refunded and is applied toward our trip/diagnostic fee. We highly recommend reading the Warranty section in your owners manual for details regarding what is covered and what is not.

Service Contract

We are happy to assist in repairing your products that are covered under a service contract which most likely was purchased at the same time as your appliance(s). Service under these contracts always requires prior authorization from the contract company, so you must contact them directly for authorization and ask them to assign it to us.

Home Warranty

We do work with some Home Warranty companies, which we are also happy to assist you with your repairs. Service under Home Warranties always requires prior authorization. If your contract requires a deductible, you will either pay the warranty company when you request service, or you will pay our technician. For most companies, we can bill the remaining costs directly to the company.
