Thanksgiving is coming up very quickly! With that in mind, now is the perfect time to double check that everything with you range is working properly. Make sure the oven and those back burners are working properly. If you intend to self-clean the oven, now is also the best time to do that. Don’t wait! Self-clean uses higher temperatures than normal baking which puts more of a load on the oven components and that increases the chances of component failure during clean cycle. By cleaning it now and not the night before the big day, you will know that it is working properly and something isn’t likely going to happen right before you have everybody coming over.
